Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: October 18, 2026

Pelavault is committed to being usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies. This statement describes the accessibility approach we follow and how to reach us when something on the site does not work for you.

Our Commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as widely recognized best practice for inclusive web design. As a small independent website, we build accessibility into how pages are structured and continue to improve as we learn where we fall short. We do not claim formal certification; instead, we commit to ongoing, good-faith improvement.

Features We Rely On

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page.
  • Descriptive link text so that links make sense out of context.
  • Sufficient color contrast for body text.
  • Full keyboard navigability of menus, links, and interactive elements.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow for zoomed text and small screens.

Calculator Accessibility

Our calculators use standard form controls with visible text labels, so they work with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Results are rendered as regular page text rather than images, which means they can be read aloud or enlarged like any other content. If any calculator presents a barrier, we want to hear about it specifically so we can fix it.

Known Limitations

Some elements of our theme, or content published before this statement, may not yet meet every guideline. We address issues as we identify them, prioritizing barriers that prevent access to core content and tools.

Feedback

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on Pelavault, please contact us through our Contact Us page and describe the page and the difficulty you experienced. We take accessibility reports seriously and will respond within a reasonable time frame.
